Leap Vehicle Leasing Limited – Information Notice

To proceed with a vehicle contract hire agreement we are obligated to bring the following to your attention.

• We are Leap Vehicle Leasing Limited and our trading office is Stanley House 15-17 Ladybridge Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 5BL
• We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our firms reference number is 923395
• We charge an administration fee of £250.00 plus VAT for arranging the transaction.
• We only act as a broker of vehicle finance for regulated personal contract hire, we do not provide finance

We may receive a commission from the finance provider for the arrangement of this agreement and will advise you of the amount of this upon your request.

We will charge a fee for cancellation of a Contract hire agreement and this is chargeable at a fee of £250 plus VAT. However, if we incur additional charges on a specifically ordered and specified vehicle we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges.

This payment will be requested and invoiced within 14 days of a cancellation being issued and is payable by bank transfer to Leap Vehicle Leasing within the next 14 days. (this does not affect any rights to cancel a finance agreement within any cooling off period in accordance with a distance marketing directive).

For us to proceed further and complete our brokerage services, please could you reply to this ‘Information Notice’ agreeing that any detailed contained in it are yours, that they are accurate and that you happy to proceed into an agreement with Leap Vehicle Leasing.

Any undue delays in receiving confirmation could possibly impact the final quoted rental.

When you confirm your quote / order via email that you are going ahead with order you are acknowledging that you understand and accept the above and that you are happy to proceed agreeing to our terms.
