Leap Vehicle Leasing Limited – Information Notice

To proceed with a vehicle contract hire agreement, we are obligated to bring the following to your attention:

1. Company Details

   • We are Leap Vehicle Leasing Limited.
   • Our trading office is located at:Stanley House, 15-17 Ladybridge Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 5BL.
   • We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
   • FCA Firm Reference Number: 923395.

2. Administration Fee

   • We charge an administration fee of £250.00 plus VAT (£300 including VAT) for arranging the transaction.

3. Role as a Broker

   • We act only as a broker of vehicle finance for regulated personal contract hire.
   • We do not provide finance.

4. Commission Disclosure

   • We may receive a commission from the finance provider for arranging this agreement.
   • We will disclose the amount of this commission upon request.

5. Cancellation Policy

   • We charge a cancellation fee of £250.00 plus VAT (£300 including VAT) for a Contract Hire agreement.
   • If additional charges are incurred for a specifically ordered and specified vehicle, we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you.
   • Payment for cancellation will be invoiced within 14 days of cancellation and must be paid via bank transfer within the next 14 days.
   • Note: This does not affect your right to cancel a finance agreement within any cooling-off period, in accordance with the Distance Marketing Directive.

Confirmation of Details and Agreement to Proceed

To proceed with our brokerage services, please reply to this Information Notice confirming that:

• The details provided are accurate and belong to you.
• You are happy to proceed into an agreement with Leap Vehicle Leasing.

Important:

• Delays in receiving your confirmation may impact the final quoted rental.
• When you confirm your quote or order via email, you acknowledge that you:
  • Understand and accept the above terms.
  • Agree to proceed under these terms.
